By downloading your pharmacy's mobile app, you can register for a Patient Portal account and enjoy a range of convenient features. With the Patient Portal, you can effortlessly manage your medications, stay in touch with your pharmacy through secure messaging, receive timely notifications regarding your prescription status, access educational resources, and even schedule appointments or consultations with pharmacists.

Step 1: Downloading the mobile app

In the Apple App store or Google Play store, locate your participating pharmacy, and download the mobile app.

Step 2: Registering for a Patient Portal account

Upon downloading and launching the mobile app, select the I am a new patient link on the opening screen. From there, you will be directed to register your account using one of the following methods:

• Apple registration
• Google registration
• Email registration

Email Registration

1. To register your account using your email address, select Continue with email.

2. If you had previously installed an older version of your pharmacy's mobile app, such as PocketRx, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. For first-time users downloading the pharmacy app, an email will be sent with a link to create a new account.

3. Create and confirm your password in the Password fields following the character guidelines listed. Once completed, select Create account.

4. Enter your information in the required fields to begin building your profile. Once completed, select Next.

5. After providing your mobile number, you will receive a verification code. Enter the code into the designated numerical fields. Once completed, you will be prompted to begin selecting your store.

Once you have entered your registration details, your information will be stored for your next login.

Google Registration

1. To register using Google, select Continue with Google.

2. Select your Google account. If you do not see your desired google account, select Use another account and follow the subsequent steps provided by Google.

Step 3: Selecting a store

1. Once you have registered your account, the Account Setup screen will appear. Under Find your store, input your city, state, or zip code to locate your pharmacy.

2. Featured pharmacy locations in your area will begin to populate underneath Nearby stores. If you would like more information about a store location, select the information icon.

3. Once clicked, the Store Info screen will appear. Here, you will be able to view information about the store such as the pharmacy's address, hours, languages spoken, and services offered. Select the ‘x’ button on the top right of the page to return to the prior screen.

4. Select your desired pharmacy location by tapping on the store and hitting the Set as my store button.

Step 4: Adding medications

Once you have selected your store, you will have the option to begin adding your medications.

1. In the Add Meds screen, select from one of the following options:
   • Prescriptions are on file
   • Request to transfer prescriptions from a different pharmacy
   • Skip this step

Prescriptions are on file

Select this option if you are registering for a Patient Portal account with a pharmacy that currently manages you prescriptions. If you wish to input this information at a later time, you can do so by following the instructions outlined in How do I add my medications?

Request to transfer prescriptions from a different pharmacy

Select this option if you are registering for a Patient Portal account with a pharmacy that does not currently manage you prescriptions and you wish to initiate a transfer from a different pharmacy. If you wish to input this information at a later time, you can do so by following the instructions outlined in How do I transfer my medications from another pharmacy?
