This has been a long drawn out process for us with the house and I have been very blessed with the help of Rhonda for the GoFundMe and Vivian, Crystal, Kim Cheryl and so many others at the watering Hole saloon. The wonderful dinner fundraiser was a great idea for us we greatly appreciated it so much God bless all of you who did so much to help us out, thank you. Well we thought we were doing well with the house, we were with the understanding that we had started a loan modification process and now that we have given another $2,300.00 and signed the agreement we received a letter stating that the mortgage company has started foreclosure process. We contacted them about this and asked them about the money we just paid and they never received it it was a scam from someone in New York that had all the information about the loan and sent us a letter with shellpoint mortgage company letter head and our account information on it so we had no reason to think it was not the mortgage company. Anyway we have to go to the sheriff office with all the information about the man who we dealt with and the letters, and everything else and they will contact OSBI and go from there but in the mean time we are out of the money we gave the scammers thinking it was the mortgage company and they are foreclosing. But I am not done fighting this battle yet we still have a chance#1 I need a change to help me file my taxes quickly, 2nd if I can get my taxes done there is a chance I can borrow the money I need to save our home. I can't afford to pay a lot for a cpa but I am always willing to do whatever it takes and we are selling everything we own here I am trying to figure out how to set up everything. I have too much to mention in this article but I have furniture, appliances, collections, etc so if you know anyone that can help me with my taxes I would greatly appreciate it and don't forget we are still trying to save the animals even though we are working on closing our rescue.11Like11
